1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During sales, festivals, or new product launches, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times are:

3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below the free shipping threshold.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email or SMS.
- A tracking number.
- A link to track your shipment in real time.
5. Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Natural disasters
- High order volumes
- Courier service delays
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
Cotton&Cuff is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- Delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
- Cotton&Cuff is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Customer unavailability,
- Incorrect address, or
- Failure to respond,
the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with:
- Do not accept the delivery if possible.
- Take clear photos of the package.
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
9. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available in selected locations.
Cotton&Cuff reserves the right to disable COD for certain PIN codes, high-value orders, or customers with repeated order cancellations.
10. International Shipping
Currently, Cotton&Cuff ships only within India.
If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.
